Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Short version: Start free, upgrade only when you're ready, and cancel anytime. New paid subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. After that, cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
  

Free plan

TaskNest offers a Free plan that requires no payment. You can use it for as long as you like — there's nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Single User, Pro, and Business) are billed monthly, in advance, through our payment partner Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically each cycle until you cancel. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account settings, or by emailing support@tasknest.in. When you cancel:

You will not be charged again.
Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period — you keep full access until then.
After it ends, your account moves to the Free plan. We never delete your projects, tasks, or members.

Refunds

7-day money-back guarantee: If you're not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we'll refund it in full.
After 7 days, payments for the current and past billing periods are non-refundable — but you can cancel to avoid future charges and keep access until your period ends.
The free trial / Free plan lets you evaluate TaskNest fully before paying, so please try before you subscribe.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you're charged more than once for the same period, or billed in error, contact us and we'll refund the extra amount in full — no questions asked.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to reflect the credit.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email support@tasknest.in from your registered account email. For refunds, include your account email and the payment reference / order ID. We respond within 24 hours.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
