Free plan

TaskNest offers a Free plan that requires no payment. You can use it for as long as you like — there's nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Single User, Pro, and Business) are billed monthly, in advance, through our payment partner Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically each cycle until you cancel. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account settings, or by emailing support@tasknest.in. When you cancel:

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you're charged more than once for the same period, or billed in error, contact us and we'll refund the extra amount in full — no questions asked.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to reflect the credit.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email support@tasknest.in from your registered account email. For refunds, include your account email and the payment reference / order ID. We respond within 24 hours.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
