By using the Service, you grant TaskNest a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will never use your content for advertising or share it with third parties without your consent.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
The TaskNest name, logo, interface design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of TaskNest and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without explicit written permission.
TaskNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskNest shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to TaskNest in the 12 months preceding the claim (or ₹500 if you have not made any payments).
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that TaskNest will be available 100% of the time. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or experience outages outside our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where possible for significant changes.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@tasknest.in. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
